Our vacancy advertising service is now completely online. It provides a quick, free way of advertising vacancies to students and graduates.

Our online database of vacancies (powered by Graduate Prospects) advertises:

• Immediate vacancies for new and recent graduates
• Placement opportunities (one year or six months)
• Summer internships, projects and other work experience schemes
• Vacation work during Summer, Easter and Christmas
• Casual, part-time work of up to 15 hours per week for students to 'earn while they learn'.

The system allows jobseekers to search on a wide range of options including location, degree subject and type of work. They can also set up automatic email alerts, so if your opportunity matches their search criteria they will receive email notification of your vacancy.

How to Advertise

Our preferred option is that you submit your vacancy details to our system yourself. This gives you control of the content of your advertisement and allows us to give you a faster service. You first have to register your organisation as a user (which only takes a minute) and you can then create your own vacancy adverts and submit them to our online system. When we receive your vacancy we promise to review it and make it live within two working days, or contact you within that time if there are any queries. Once the vacancy is live, you can see how many times it has been viewed.

The system is very easy to use and there is help available if you need it.

We will put your vacancies on your system within 5 working days of receiving them.

Important information for Recruitment Agencies

If you are advertising a vacancy on behalf of a client, then in order for us to comply with Agcas guidelines, we need the details of the client on whose behalf you are recruiting. This information will be kept confidential.

If you would like to use our online system to submit your own vacancy (see above), then just email the client details and the title of your vacancy to careers@bradford.ac.uk.
